Born and raised in Hartwell, Northeast Georgia and the Western Carolinas were Shan’s adventure playground where he was often found camping, hunting, boating, and fishing. Currently a resident of Hart County, Shan has developed an instinct for understanding the diversity of market trends, cultures, long-term community master planning, and lifestyle options Northeast Georgia has to offer.  Shan’s real estate career began 14 years ago, and not soon thereafter, became an owner operator of his own real estate brokerage specializing in barn & land, residential, commercial, and industrial engagements. Prior to his real estate career, Shan spent three years in residential construction and was also an owner/operator of his own commercial broiler farm. Combining his impressive real estate and local market experience with his leadership and passion to advocate for his clients, Shan is a winning choice for anyone seeking a real estate professional in Northeast Georgia. When not going that extra mile for his real estate clients, Shan can be found traveling or just enjoying the outdoors with his two boys, Carson who is 14 and Zeke who is 9. In his free time, Shan is most likely buzzing the skies over Lake Hartwell as he is currently working on fulfilling a life-long dream of earning his Private Pilot License.  God Speed Shan!
