Born, raised and now currently a resident of Walhalla, South Carolina, Kim earned her licensure as a real estate professional in 1996 out of a desire to help others and to provide for her family with a career that allows her to manage her own work-life balance. Kim’s decision to become a real estate professional was a winning choice for she earned Rookie of the Year and earned subsequent Top Producer awards from her local real estate Board. Kim and her husband Kevin have three kids, Matthew, Amanda, and Madison and 6 grandchildren, and in their free time, Kim and Kevin enjoy being outdoors, checking out local restaurants, attending outreach events, and playing with their two cats, Dennis and Fudge.
