Kevin Gardner is a REALTOR® and Operating Partner with Living Down South and is licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina serving clients in Hart, Stephens, Elbert, Banks, Jackson, Habersham & Franklin Counties in Georgia and Anderson, Greenville, and Oconee Counties including Lake Hartwell in South Carolina. Living Down South is excited to have Kevin on board delivering world class service to Living Down South agents and his clients and customers.
Growing up in Streator, Illinois and currently living in Hartwell, GA, Kevin has developed a comprehensive understanding of the communities and market trends in the areas for which Northeast Georgia and Western Upstate South Carolina has to offer. A graduate of Illinois State University with a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Kevin has leadership responsibility for Finance and Operations at Living Down South Realty. Prior to real estate, Kevin held several management positions in the restaurant industry, most recently as a General Manager for a respected casual dining restaurant chain. Combining his impressive real estate and management expertise with his business acumen and service experience, Kevin is well positioned to deliver results for anyone seeking to buy or sell a Residential, Lake, or Barn and Land lifestyle. At home and in the office, Kevin can often be heard saying, “Today was so awesome that I made yesterday jealous.”
When not selling real estate, Kevin is a do-it-yourselfer and can most likely be found working in the yard or on a new home improvement project. Just recently, Kevin built his own house doing much of the work himself with a friend. In his free time, Kevin likes to spend time with his daughter, Riley, who is currently a Law Student at the University of Georgia, take a ride his Harley-Davidson or watch the History Channel to relax and deflate from a busy day.
