Andrea Schoenthal is a REALTOR® currently licensed in Georgia and serves clients in the Northeast Georgia including Gwinnett, Walton, Barrow, Oconee, Clarke, Hall, Banks, Jackson, & Habersham Counties and all of the surrounding lakes. Born and raised in Lilburn and now living in Loganville, Andrea obtained her real estate licensure out of a desire to help others while and the same time managing her own work-life-family balance. Prior to real estate, Andrea graduated from the University of Georgia, worked in country radio, was a founder and owner of her own successful advertising agency for 20 years, and started her own property management business which eventually added short term rental lake and mountain destination homes. Today, Andrea services clients and customers who are looking to buy or sell a Residential, Lake, Mountain or Fairway Living Lifestyle. When not selling real estate, Andrea is active with her own 501c3 charity in honor of her own lost brother in-law, the Scott Schoenthal Circle of Love, that helps families and patients affected by cancer. Andrea and her husband Chris, have 3 kids, 2 of which are baseball pitchers in high school and 1 who is on the Spike Squad at the University of Georgia.  In their free time, Andrea and Chris love to spend time in the local baseball community watching their kids sports, attending UGA football games cheering on the Bulldogs, being on the lake or at the beach, and hanging out with their 3 dogs and 3 female goats who they call the “Little Divas.”
