Sheila Tucker is a REALTOR® and Associate Broker with Living Down South Realty™ and is licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina focusing on clients in Greater Charleston including Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkley Counties and the Western Upstate including Anderson, Oconee, Greenville and Pickens Counties. Born and raised in Orlando, Florida and now currently living in Summerville, South Carolina, Sheila earned her licensure as a professional real estate agent in 2005 out of a passion to apply the wealth of knowledge she had gained about real estate being married to a luxury home builder and assist home buyers save money and interpret the complicated contracts being presented to them by new construction builders. Since licensure, Sheila has earned her Associate Brokers License, GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Designation), participated in Professional Standards, provided Ombudsman and Mediation Services for Professional Standards, and graduated from the REALTOR® Leadership Program of South Carolina. Prior to real estate, Sheila worked for one of the top global consulting firms and most recently, retired as a Major Event Planner identifying meeting locations, negotiating hotel contracts, transportation, special events and food services. When not selling real estate, Sheila is actively involved with her Church & Community serving as the past Chairperson for her Church’s Board of Trustees, volunteering at various Church fundraisers, volunteering with the Alzheimer’s organization, and volunteering as a dog trainer. In her free time, Sheila and her husband Talmadge enjoy spending time with their grown son, two step-daughters and six grandchildren, chasing down their 2 dogs, Austin & Jewel, playing tennis, pickleball, walking, repurposing furniture, and visiting with & entertaining friends.
