Mount Pleasant, SC Real Estate Market Minute Single-family homes sales in Mount Pleasant are up from 89 homes sold in December 2023 to 139 homes sold last month. The median sale price fell slightly from $1,039,000 to $995,000, with the list-to-sale price ratio going up from 99.1% to 99.45%. Inventory of available homes for sale is up from 143 in late January to 241 available today and pending are up from 168 to 214.
