Jamie Hawthorne is a REALTOR® with Living Down South and serves Northeast Georgia including Jackson, Barrow, Madison, Clarke, Hall, Banks, and Gwinnett counties.  Previously, Jamie was both a listing and buyers agent servicing North Metro Atlanta delivering outstanding service & results for his clients and customers.  Living Down South is excited to have Jamie on board who is known to bestow a strong work ethic and putting others before himself.

A Gwinnett County, Ga native and current resident of Jackson County, Jamie’s real estate career began out of a passion to give back and manage his own work-life priorities, and he is humbled by the reward of being part counselor, part investment advisor, and sometimes, part life coach for his clients and customers.  Prior to earning his real estate license and beginning his real estate career, Jamie worked as a field operator for Georgia’s own, The Coca-Cola Company.  Combining his education and knowledge in real estate with his experience in understanding the needs of his clients and vision to see the home as a blank canvass, Jamie is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking professional real estate services. Jamie who is known for his quick, witty responses is often heard by family, friends, and around the office saying as he leaves a room, “Let me know if you need anything.”

Jamie and his wife Heather have been married for 13 years, but have been together since their senior year of high school. They have two wonderful boys ages 8 and 13, and when not selling real estate, Jamie and Heather enjoy traveling, fishing and spending time with family & friends.  In their free time, they can be found trying to keep up with their two boys, relaxing outdoors, or catching the latest release during the family’s movie night.
